Dr. Kotowski took the time to thoroughly explain a new complication, its possible treatments, and the pros and cons of each one. His staff then went above and beyond to find a nearby pharmacy that would be able to fill his prescription Immediately. Dr. Kotowski boosted my trust and confidence in his being able to control this complication in my long-term eye care!

I made an appointment to have my contact polished because it was bothering me, though fairly new. Somer discovered that my gas permeable contact was defective and had torn down the center. She took it upon herself to resolve the situation with the contact company representative, and told me she would order a replacement contact at no charge to me. I appreciated her willingness to take responsibility for the situation. Somer has always treated me with concern and kindness.

The surgery in itself was quite remarkable! Definitely a team effort! Everyone is so very professional and very caring, always making sure that you are comfortable and feeling at ease! Most of all, I can see so much better now! Thank you, Dr. Berryman, for giving my left eye a most needed visual lift! My first cataract surgery (right eye) was with Dr. Furlong, who also did an amazing job. Just another thank you to you also, if I may! Dr. Larsen, has also been very helpful with my dry eyes! What a team effort! I do appreciate at every one of you and so do my precious eyes! Thank you!

She is very nice and did a good standard eye exam. She is very very quiet and I tried to start a conversation with her but nothing. Some people prefer that but I like to talk and have chats with whoever is examining me.
