Dr. McCann has been my doctor for several years. He always takes time to answer my many questions and has given me excellent eye health care. I recently had cataract surgery and now have 20/20 vision. So happy!

My eyelid surgery was handled very professionally and efficiently. The nurses were fantastic and "held my hand" through the entire procedure, easing my anxiousness regarding the surgery. The instructions were clear and all of my questions were answered before the surgery. The information for after care that was sent home with me was very helpful.

The eyes have it. Dr. Guess's depth of knowledge, professional and truly caring for his patients is unmatched. Coupled with a professional and caring staff with several locations, look no further. Dr. Guess and Rocky Mountain Eye Center make you feel like you are their only patient.. Though they are busy you are treated like a good friend. 100% satisfied and going on 20 months of treatment. Dr. Guess takes the time to answer all your questions and explain treatment options.
We live off-grid 3.25 hrs from Missoula and 1.25 hrs from Helena. As Dr. Guess is at the Helena location every 6 weeks we save 4 hours each appointment.. Not only the best medical option for your eyes but a doctor and staff that literally go the extra mile.

For the past two years, I have going through the 4-step process of check-in, basic eye evaluation, tomography, and eye injection. My most recent visit went very smoothly. The waiting time for each process was minimal. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Kotowski answered questions I had and observed my tomography results and showed me what he saw. He also used the ophthalmoscope to examine my eye before deciding my next injection date. The injection was relatively painless. Full recovery from the dilation and injection was about 12 hours.
