Dr. Murdoch has been my son's eye doctor since he was born. Dr. Murdoch has always went above and beyond to help Milo. Milo has autism and situations like having to go to the doctor can be really hard for Milo. Dr. Murdoch is always extremely kind and caring. He smiles with genuine care at my son and it really means the world to us.

All of the staff and Dr. Nedrud are great, the people made me feel comfortable with all the procedures I have had... the staff I interacted with get 5 stars and a recommendation...
Rocky Mountain Eye absolutely does not.
I had a follow up today, in the 1 hour and 43 minutes I was there(stopwatch with lap was used to record time starting when my appointment time) I saw the doctor for 3 minutes and 37 seconds, and spent about 24 minutes with nurses the rest was waiting... 55 minutes of waiting AFTER being called back... if you think you can get in during a lunch break... rethink your plans.
In addition, as someone who needs special contacts it absolutely pisses me off that the insurance the doctor takes is NOT taken by the optitrition dept. This is an absolute piss-poor management decision. If you are going to take an insurance foe the doctor then take it for the contacts, and if you won't THEN YOU SHOULD TELL THE PATIENT BEFORE THEY HAVE A PROCEDURE THAT COMPLETLEY CHANGES THEIR VISION AND REQUIRES THE NEW SPECIAL CONTACTS! had I known that was the case I would have found a doctor/optitrition combo that actually works together... but basically I was told tough sh**.. I pay the OUTRAGEOUS AND EXORBITANT sitting fee or fight the insurance company or find somewhere else to do it... great business plan... you already mark up eyeglasses 1000% but you keep finding more ways to gouge your patients for more money...
