Spontaneous tear of my retina and was in that afternoon and felt completely confident and satisfied with the care that I rec’d from the appt in Helena in the morning to the laser treatment that afternoon in Missoula! Highly recommend them!!!!

After leaving Great Falls on Tuesday, staying overnight in Lincoln to avoid the incoming snowstorm , and arriving in Missoula Wednesday, only to be late for my Thursday morning appointment because I got lost in Missoula that morning, I found myself upset and ill at ease when I finally arrived. I deeply appreciate the warm reception by everyone. Dr. Murdock consoled me and then set right to work on an extensive exam wherein he took time to explain procedures, ask questions and then deliver his findings and offer his prognosis. Upon my return to Great Falls yesterday, I immediately went from the freeway to the optician to begin the process of having new lenses made. I am looking forward to the "e" meeting in December! I thank each of you for making the Tuesday through Friday effort safe and very worth while. HAPPY THANKSGIVING! My little dog was a great travel companion, too. Warm regards, Janis

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to a much too long wait (1 hour 15 minutes) following the initial exam and pictures of the eye.

I was greeted very kindly and professionally by all the staff at Rocky Mountain Eye Clinic and Surgery Center. Dr Guess, the RNs and Anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable and reassured in the process of my surgery and post surgery expectations. A phone call hours later to check on me was very appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Guess as he was easy to talk to and thoroughly explained what to expect. Thank you.
