I recently drove almost 2 hours for an appointment When I arrived I discovered that due to my error, I was an hour late. Expecting to reschedule, the helpful receptionist asked me to wait while she asked Dr. Larsen if he could fit me in. He graciously did so and I am thankful. He was everything I want in a professional- pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable (without being condescending) and really informative. These experiences alone would have earned a 5 star review but then I was introduced to Patty Phillips. Patty is exceptionally good at her job and she made the sometimes difficult task of picking out new frames, an absolute delight. Thank you Rocky Mountain Eye Center. You really understand the concept of customer service.

I had a great first time experience with Dr. Nedrud and his staff. I have never been to any medical clinic where the service is so quick. All of my appointments were on time, whether they were morning or afternoon. Him and his staff did a great job explaining my LASIK eye procedure and everything went smoothly. No complaints! Thank you.

Dr. Mutter was very kind and explained the exam findings to me very well. This was my first set of glasses and was a very easy process.

Trisa, at Dr. Babcock's front desk went above and beyond to assist me.
Dr. Babcock graciously squeezed me into his schedule to help with a sort of awkward situation.
By far the best experience I've had at Rocky Mountain Eye in 20+ years of being a patient there.

My visit was great. However, when I visit other doctors, I am given papers with a summary of the results of my visit. It would be very helpful to receive such a summary, or if one was available online.
