Dr. Babcock graduated from University of California-Berkeley, School of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry and a Bachelor degree in Science in Vision. He also has a Bachelor Degree in Science in Chemistry from Montana State University. His work experience includes volunteer clinical work at the Gift of Sight in Mexico, Medical Wings in Peru, Honduras, and Project Vision for Ukraine, and One Sight in India.  Additionally he has volunteered at the optometric Service to Humanity in Peru, Philippines, Mexico, Thailand, Belize, Costa Rica, and Chile.

Dr. Babcock joined Rocky Mountain Eye Center in 2008; he provides complete vision care, treatment of eye diseases, and consultation for specialty contact lenses.

Dr. Babcock enjoys motorcycles, camping, and fishing.
